Dr. Dan was wonderful and easy to work with, and even better, he was able to get rid of the chronic shoulder pain plaguing me for years. The simple- and low-time-commitment exercises he prescribed me really worked for me. I feel optimistic about my shoulder health for the first time in years! And my posture has improved tremendously. Dan has helped me and multiple family members of all generations maintain a high level of activity over the years. Dan does not treat only the surface issue, but understands and treats the body as a whole. My husband and children who enjoy marathon running and competitive high school running have also benefited from Dan's expertise. I've been seeing Dan consistently for about 2 years for management of my chronic migraines and tension headaches. He has provided comprehensive treatment including exercises, detailed posture assessments, and dry needling which has been highly effective at managing my head pain. I always feel much better after every appointment which has been critical to improving my daily function. My daughter, a high school senior cross country runner, has been seeing Dr. Dan for 2 years, initially for a serious calf injury other physical therapists had been trying to solve for a year. Dr. Dan solved it in 2 visits and instilled a great deal of confidence in us, regarding his abilities.  She has continued to see him whenever she needs to troubleshoot an ache or pain resulting from her running.  Dr. Dan literally solves every issue with exercise and when needed, dry needling. I was about to give up on running again. After years of foot issues, I thought I was going to have to give up. Dr. Dan has made it so easy to see that there is hope. Great company with great service. Dan takes time to evaluate not only where you are at but who you are and what your goals are. He was able to not only get me back to full training quickly after an injury, he gave me things to do to after I left to pervert injury and improved my performance from where I was before.
